Divorce is rarely easy from issues regarding your children to dividing up assets. It can be difficult and distressing. We will do everything we can to find a settlement that works for you and your family in a way that keeps the emotional and financial costs to a minimum.
Whilst there are usually other matters to consider at the time of divorce for example family finances and children matters, we will guide you through the actual process of divorce proceedings in a straightforward and non-inflammatory manner subject to no complications we offer a fixed fee for divorce proceedings. (Please see our section regarding fixed fees).
Family Finances
Resolving family finances between divorced or separating couples is a key part of our work. We strive to combine effective negotiation outside the Court room and effective litigation skills within it, when required, in order to deliver efficient financial solutions to our Clients problems.
Children Issues
Children are vulnerable to the effects of divorce and separation. With expert advice on contact arrangements and a range of other concerns we can keep the emotional impact to a minimum.
Relationship agreement
If you are getting married, entering a civil partnership or starting cohabitation a relationship agreement can protect you both. We can give you expert advice.
Family work fixed fees
Family law work can be unpredictable with regards to how much work we will have to carry out on your behalf in your matter, however, wherever possible we do try to provide a fixed fee for certain areas of our work.

| Separation Agreement | £800.00 plus VAT |
| Parental Responsibility Agreement | £395.00 plus VAT |
The above tariff is based on no complications arising during the course of the work.
In the case of divorce proceedings, please note the following court fees are payable in addition to our fixed rate:-
